Advance Property Consultants was established in 15th August 2000, spearheaded by Mr. Edward Quintin Vyner. Mr. Quintin aged 69 has bountiful experience, acknowledged as one of the senior valuers and property consultants in Sabah with no less than 35 years of working experience in the Land & Survey Department, Kota Kinabalu. He worked as a valuer under R Stewart –Buck & Co in 1973 and later incorporates Sabah Valuers into a sole proprietorship from 1974 to 1981. He acted as a senior partner in Sabah Valuers after the company's structure transformed into a partnership. After that, he decided to venture alone by establishing Advance Property Consultants in year 2000, giving more focus to real estate agency and property management.
